By using the website located at fullertonsunroomcontractor.com or by requesting services from Custom Fullerton Sunrooms ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, inquiry submitters, and clients.
Custom Fullerton Sunrooms provides residential sunroom construction, patio enclosure installation, sunroom remodeling, and related home addition services in Fullerton, CA and surrounding communities. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written proposal or contract provided to the client prior to work beginning. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement. A formal written agreement is required before any work commences.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. Estimates reflect the scope of work discussed at the time of the visit and are subject to change if project requirements change after the estimate is issued.
Final pricing is confirmed in the written project contract. Verbal estimates are not binding. Any changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed may result in a change order, which must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are scheduled based on current workload and material lead times. We will communicate a target start date during the contract phase. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, permit delays, material availability, or other factors outside our control.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be specified in the project contract. We reserve the right to reschedule projects affected by circumstances beyond our control without penalty.
Payment terms are defined in the project contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit due at contract signing and progress payments tied to project milestones, with a final payment due upon project completion. Specific payment amounts and due dates are stated in the signed contract.
Late payments may result in work stoppage until the account is brought current. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on overdue balances as specified in the project contract. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of contract.
Custom Fullerton Sunrooms will obtain required building permits for work that requires them under applicable Fullerton and CA regulations. Permit fees may be included in the project estimate or billed separately as specified in the contract. The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible for inspections and that any homeowners association (HOA) approvals required by the client have been obtained prior to project start.
To allow work to proceed efficiently, the client agrees to:
Warranty coverage for completed work, if offered, will be described in the project contract. Any warranty provided covers defects in workmanship for the period specified. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Custom Fullerton Sunrooms.
Materials and products installed may carry manufacturer warranties separate from any workmanship warranty we provide. We will provide documentation for applicable manufacturer warranties upon project completion.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE PROJECT CONTRACT. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Fullerton Sunrooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of California.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought in the courts located in California.
